Learning abroad, learning at home

Every 18 months Telenor recruits up to 20 young and talented candidates from all over the world to join the Global Trainee Programme. The programme has three phases, each lasting six months: the first and third phases consist of training and work experience in the host country, the second phase is spent abroad, in one of the Telenor operating countries.
