What happens with my outstanding balance when the period of validity has expired?

You retain your balance even if the period of validity for your top-up has expired. What happens when the period of validity has expired is that if you have Telenor Fastpris (including Hello), the price plan changes to Telenor Rörligt. If you already have Telenor Rörligt, you remain with the same price plan.
