What’s the recruitment process?

Our recruitment process is not just our way of determining whether you're the right person for a specific role. It's just as important that you get a sense of whether the job, and Telenor as a company, are right for you. To check for a match, we take some selection steps together – as described below.

You've made it to the next step! Now it's time for an interview by phone or on Teams for a chat about your competences and life at Telenor.
