Get user account and password via SMS
To create your personal account, a password is required. You will receive your password by sending us a text message. You can change the password directly in any of the Telenor One X clients or in our self-service portal, Mitt Företag.
1. Send a text message
Send a text message with the text “telenoronex” to 222.
2. Receive response with username and password
This text message contains your username (mobilenumber@telenor) and a randomly generated password.
3. Set your own chosen password
You can set a new password in any of the Telenor One X clients or in our self-service portal Mitt Företag. Log in to Mitt Företag to add email as username. Here you can also set (first time) and change your password.
